-Beam

The beam made by 2 pieces roll-formed  C profile which welded together to another. We call it C/C beam.

C/C beam double thickness of the top and bottom thus increase the loading capacity with lower cost.The two end weld with beam connectors while the safety pin lock into beam which prevent beam falling down.

We have different section to meet client’s warehouse pallet weight.

-Upright Frame

Upright Frame consists of 2 single Upright , horizontal bracing & diagonal bracing and bolts & nuts . The pitch is usually 75 mm thus the beam height can be adjusted in 75 mm movement.

The frame made by rolling and forming machine . Actually the roll formed multi point design increase the loading capacity.The max loading per bay we can offer is 22500 kgs. The max height in 9.5 m .
